Policy Research & Diagnostics
Applied research, institutional assessments, baseline studies, feasibility analyses, strategic foresight, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems. We frame research around the decisions institutions face — so the evidence is used.
Policy & Institutional Reform
Policy development, governance reviews, organisational restructuring, implementation frameworks, and institutional performance systems. We design reforms that are feasible within real political, fiscal, and operational constraints.
Institutional Performance & Systems Strengthening
Support to improve organisational effectiveness, coordination systems, workflows, accountability mechanisms, and operational performance. Much of this work takes place within client institutions, embedded in their daily operations.
Embedded Capacity Development
Practical skills development integrated into institutional systems, workflows, and operational routines — built where the work is done, so that it outlasts the engagement.
Policy Engagement & Knowledge Translation
